I’ve been getting strange errors with group workouts over the last year or so. To be clear, this in reference to the actual TrainerRoad feature. For a while I would convert a scheduled workout to a group workout and it would spit out a completely different workout. Meaning trying to convert an individual Baxter > group Baxter = somehow equaled group Petit. Sent in multiple tickets and it never got resolved.
Now, on my desktop app, I no longer even have the option to convert a scheduled ride to a group workout. Sent in a ticket for this and they seem to have no idea either.
For reference, I use an older Mac Air. I believe my iOS is up to date though.
Has anyone else had issues with group workouts? Did you get a resolution?
Does anyone even use the feature?
