Hi all, does anyone have any difficulties opening the TR app up on their iPhone? It loads… Eventually, sometimes after logging off and logging back on. For context I have the iPhone 17 and I’m on the beta software iOS. Cheers.

Me as well. I open it up, it says “Loading” and then blank screen. Completely unusable as a result

Is there a way to revert back to an older version of TR? Add me to the list of people with this issue. Super frustrating.

On my iPad app it loaded up the workout okay and I completed it but I don’t think it’s uploaded it and I’m just getting the black screen

It’s done that for me on several occasions. If I check it on my laptop it shows the workout was completed.

Agreed, I can see it completed on Safari but the app isn’t playing. Maybe the app just can’t handle the amount of power I’m putting out?:joy:

Another issue I have is the constant refreshing. I can’t browse workouts without the interface refreshing and defaulting back to the beginning of the list.

If only that were the case, right. :rofl:

Same here, iPhone 16 pro. App would open and stay at a black screen after showing a few loading icons. It seems intermittent… as i write this comment it seems to be working… like it’s being watched. EDIT: Nope. black screen after trying to edit a plan…

Just happened to drag right on the iOS app, and found the menu was there. Some menu items worked ( forums, support, settings), but none of the useful ones! (Career, calendar, browse workouts)
