TR Workout Pic not showing on Strava

Yes, I enabled via Ride Sync
Yes, TR is connected Strava
Yes, privacy setting are set so folks can see
Yes, it has always worked in the past

Support@trainerroad.com can help! It may be an easy un-sync and re-sync fix, may be a privacy setting issue, but support knows best for sure, especially considering some athletes have experienced this in the past occassionally:

Just a note on this from personal experience. I have found that sometimes, Strava can have some syncing delays. This means that randomly, a TR ride will sync but the accompanying black and blue workout profile screen shot doesn’t sync across with it. This has led me to follow all the usual ‘checks’ for privacy permissions etc only to discover it was all as it should be (and has been for ages). Then all by itself a few hours (or even the next day in one case) later the image synced across. T…

Having the same problem on Android platform. Pic from TR is not showing up on the ride in Strava. All stats are there but not the usual pic.
