SO I was prescribed a workout today with low cadence / high torque intervals. The last 2 came with the instructions to ride to cadence and torque and not worry about power. (cadence 50-60 rpm, .6 - .9 torque)
I added a 3s Torque field to my Hammerhead computer and was using my Saris H3 trainer in ERG mode.
The readings on the computer came up as two digits to the left of the decimal point, not as described above. So at lower power levels and “normal” cadence, it was in the low-mid 20’s.
For those that have tracked torque before, was the value on the computer just a percentage representation of the values noted above…so in the case of the instructions, I would have been targeting 60-90% on the computer vs. .6 - .9?
Any insight is apprecaited!
