During the Polar Vortex my usual running warm-up wasn’t enough and I strained my left hamstring near the glute. Thankfully I don’t feel it in the pool or on the bike so my triathlon training is not abandoned. Besides rest and anti-inflammatory meds does anyone have any ideas on speeding recovery? I did read that I shouldn’t stretch it at all while it’s tight.
