Smaller balls really help reducing the chafing. Try eating lots of soy based products regularly… Goodluck!

Well, I’ve never had that exact problem, but I did deal with abrasions on my inner thighs after long, sweaty rides. It was usually worse with older bibs or shorts. I finally solved it by going down a size, from M to S. The fit is a lot snugger, but I guess that’s the point since it keeps the material from sliding around when excessively wet or stretched a bit from long use.

I’ve had this, had to bin off some older bibs. Using a good quality bib and plenty of chamois cream has solved it.
When I was doing much longer trainer rides in years past I actually changed bibs part way through some sessions - I think it was getting really sweaty indoors for long periods that was making it particularly bad.
