Tacx NEO 'drive out' problem

I have a TACX NEO here, with the following problem:

Normally, after stopping pedaling, the wheel will go on turning for a while. And going down hill, it turns ‘by itself’. That suddenly stopped; stopping pedaling the wheel stops immediately, and downhill nothing happens.

Going uphill there is more resistance, and downhill less, as it should be, but stopping pedaling there is no active ‘drive out’ anymore. Is this a faulty tacx or is there a hidden switch-on/off for this feature?

I had this happen, then realized the power cable was loose. The NEO can be powered from pedaling alone, no external power, but you don’t get that coasting effect.

Ah, sh…, that was the cause. Power was turned on, but power cable loose, so no power on the tacx…

Thanks.

Some call this a feature described when purchasing the product.
