Neo 2T to TR via bluetooth on iphone. With Bluetooth HRM also connected to iphone. No other devices. I tested the 2T against my bikes PM by pairing the bikes PM with my Wahoo Bolt. I did one session of short repeats and one steady ride, the new 2T was consistently 4% lower than the bikes PM, as I mentioned I’m OK with this as I’ve offset my bikes PM in it’s app to match (slightly bitter pill lowering ones FTP by 4% but I can live with it).
Before I replaced my old Neo when I realised it was starting to fail, I was using power match and even with this ERG was still way more responsive than this new 2T. Even something like Spanish Needle would lock you into target power almost immediately.
There’s no way I could use the ERG for any intervals less than two minutes with this lag.
