I must have missed the portion about cramping, unless the extent of the topic is, “get a sweat test, find your sodium loss, replace it during training..”

Cramping is a topic worthy of its own podcast episode, which would then likely warrant a video title of, “STOP CRAMPING.” This podcast.. did not..

“You’re going to lose fitness, and that’s okay” was probably the best thing said on this podcast in a while. For the vast majority of us, this is a hobby. Losing fitness is fine—progress is not linear. (I can’t remember if Amber or Ivy said that).

This is random… but would love to see the likes of @eddiegrinwald and/or @Caro.Gomez-Villafane on the Podcast. They always add such positive contribution to the various forum threads, it would be cool to see their perspective on the Podcast as well!
