SO TRUE. And this is where the value lies in Red Light Green Light (RLGL). It acts like a check engine light: it is possible to keep going, but accepting the Adaptations prompted by RLGL will prevent long-term fatigue and keep your training on track.

:disappointed: I often find that my body speaks to me in many ways when I have overdone it. It could be another way that your body is asking you to slow down a little? If your fatigue persists, it might be worth heading to the doctors to get some blood tests done just to make sure there isn’t anything going on under the hood so to speak.
