There seems to be an issue with Strava segments synching to Garmin.
I thought it was just me (as my synching has always been patchy) but it looks like it’s everyone.
I just thought I’d post a thread incase anyone has a workaround. It is highly frustrating for me, as I do rather like to go out KOM hunting.
It’s a pain in the ass!
So for me, I know it won’t work if you have a course up. The one thing I do often if it does not show up is to star it unstar it and then restart it again. It is very frustrating how strava segments work on Garmin. Interested to hear how others get it to work.
That’s pretty similar to my usual experience (which is definately not up to scratch) but just now, there seems to be no way at all to get a segment to upload.
All my starred segments are there as usual on Strava, and courses upload as usual to Garmin. Just not the segments.

**Cory:**Alright I looked a bit deeper into this and it appears that strava live segments are currently down. I have added you to a ticket and I will reach out to you once I have a solution or need some more information from you.
That’s maybe why my garmin at the start of rides has started saying, ‘all segments deleted’ despite me not starirng anny.
