Strange behavior on iOS app

I’m trying to open a workout from the Career page I just did but every time I’m clicking View Details it’s just reload the page. Tried this from the calendar and same results. Can’t even open my next workout. It just reload the page.

Tried this in Safari to both on my iPhone and Mac and no luck. Then, I tried on Firefox on my Mac and it work as intended.

Also tried to restart my Phone but no change.

Could you check which version of the app you’re on?

I’m on 2026.24.0.92689

Tried on the Mac app as well and same results.

Could you log out of the app, close it, then open it and log back in to see if it updates?

No change.

It’s been a couple of days I’ve had to click View Details two or three times to get it to work but now it’s just reloads.

Just to be clear – you’re opening the iOS app, and clicking on the activity that’s under “Most Recent Activity,” then clicking the red “View Details” button on the bottom right. Is that correct?

Then at that point, the link isn’t launching in your browser as it should?

This is happening on both the iOS and Mac app for you?

And same behavior then I’m clicking on View Details under Next Workout.

I’d like to find a way to get your app to update. Closing/reopening, or logging out and back in, usually does the trick.

If that’s not getting you to 2026.25, maybe try uninstalling the app, power cycling your iOS device, and reinstalling.

Tried all that now in the morning here but the app does not want to update to that newer version. Still at 2026.24 and the problem is still there.

Same issue for me. Cannot click into detail for an activity, including one synced in from Strava. Stuck on .24 even after deleting and reinstalling app.

Sorry, I’m having the same problem here.
I can no longer open any activities in the app—neither from the career screen nor from the calendar.
The app version is 2026.24.0; a newer version isn’t available to me.
The website isn’t working either. I can’t open any activities, and I can’t add new activities to the calendar. Firefox version 152.0.3 on Windows

I’m reporting this to the team now. Hang in there!

Can report that my iOS app updated today to 2026.25 but the problem is still the same.

We think we know what’s going on. Hoping to have a fix soon!
