So, I have been using TR for 6 months now and have seen some good gains across the board.
However, have started back racing recently and realised my sprint has gone backwards (not something any of the plans I’ve done have catered for).
Question is - how do others improve their sprint via a predominantly indoor training plan? I’m not too comfortable going all out on a trainer and happy to dedicate a day a week outside…
Any tips on how specific sprint workouts?
