I’ve got a lot of respect for the way he’s doing it. No way I could craft that level of finesse with such a straight face. It quite amuses me actually.
In the most recent episode either it was a nod to this thread & I’m grabbin’ the … or it wasn’t & instead it was just another example of a prominent figure in a company exercising their right (or perhaps instruction) to tease a forthcoming feature or change, as companies often do.
Whatever it is, losing our minds over it is probably an effective way to become selectively excluded from the small pool of athletes who are allowed early access.
Ok on today’s Podcast Jonathan Lee threw a teaser like 3.0 could be dropping like now.
Had me checking the TR program to see if anything was different, for all we know they may have already made some changes under the hood.
I kind of think they have, my check volume switched from an hour indoor ride to two hour outdoor ride. Also think my SS and Threshold workouts have been more attainable the last week or so vs pushing increasing PL
Don’t get your hopes up. If they come, they come. I really wish they’d just completely stop teasing features on the podcast because it’s just irritating when they never actually arrive.
Other than taking outside rides and using thar to move PL and the way the program handles race weeks, maybe Train Now also recommend duration for that day’s workout?
I wonder what else they can improve.
I’ve been thinking about that one for sometime now.
I remember Jonathan saying on a podcast the the new update had him feeling way better in a race he did.
One of 2 replies from Nate in the last 6 months were in an ai FTP thread where he mentioned aiftp 3.0. So we know that’s at least some of it.
I had an odd aiftp thing this morning, opened app and got a prompt it changed without me doing anything, so thought maybe there would have been a release this morning but still nothing it seems.
