Smalllest Kid's Bike Helmet

I know this isn’t really the best place to ask but, alas, I’m already signed here so it’s worth a shot.

Trying to find a super-small bike helmet. My little guy’s head is only 43cm and I’m not finding anything that small.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Before anyone asks… Yes he’s quite small. But… We have the go ahead from his pediatrician, as well as his occupational/physical therapist to be in a bike seat or trailer.

I haven’t been getting much riding in at all lately so it would be nice to bring him for a spin for fun or just for errands.

Some googling led me here, but even the IKI one they talk about seems to only go to 44cm these days.

Found the same. Most aren’t available to me. There’s one from Decathlon that is 44cm.

May be worth it to just get one that starts at 44 and just wait for him to grow into it.

I believe the smallest one is around 42 cm, trying looking in Facebook marketplace
