I wore mine today in a 90 mile road race. Can’t say as I ever thought about them…:man_shrugging::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: I kinda doubt the claims from testing actually transfer to the “real world”, but the socks are really nice quality.

Dude… that’s cold. I have a Silca Pista pump I bought in 1987… still use it. I buy a lot from Silca. Great quality and it lasts. Worth the money IMO.

Given that you have to where socks anyway and a decent pair of socks cost, say, £12 then the watts saving is “only” costing £18 assuming the $ changes to a £ as it crosses the pond.

Same company, different owner. Josh has certainly branched out into some new areas since buying it, but they also still sell pretty much the same original pump design at a fairly sensible price, as well as replacement parts for those pumps from the 70s and 80s.

Regarding nice quality…Just bought a bunch of these Ekoi socks. Easily the best I’ve worn to date. Highly recommend.
