Shoulder Impingement Syndrome

I am a weight lifter and I am diagnosed with my first bout of shoulder impingement syndrome. The doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory medicines for me and there is some solution to the pain.

But, it looks as if I won’t be able to go back to the gym for quite a while. This has made me down. I recently achieved the best shape of life and wish to maintain that figure. I started with doing rotator cuff exercises. I want this to be rectified immediately. I googled and was able to understand something about reflexology. Is there anybody over here who has tried this before?

I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and I had never even been in physical therapy before this. Should I give this a try? I’m in Oakville, in case anyone wants to make a specific referral.

Please give some suggestions. Thanks!
