I would skip this workout. The benefit of 1h versus possibly compromising the immune system, even if only a little bit, for such a long flight, doesn’t seem worth it to me. IDK that’s just my 2cents

Do you say waking up just after REM makes you able to sleep more easily on a flight? Also waking in the middle of the ram making it harder?
I am asking this because I want to try sleeping in train during my commutes.
