I would skip this workout. The benefit of 1h versus possibly compromising the immune system, even if only a little bit, for such a long flight, doesn’t seem worth it to me. IDK that’s just my 2cents
Do you say waking up just after REM makes you able to sleep more easily on a flight? Also waking in the middle of the ram making it harder?
I am asking this because I want to try sleeping in train during my commutes.
haha its just earlier this year. i opted not to ride before the flight. i slept fine on the plane. i did however go for a ride on a rideshare bike when i touched down after the flight. i also went on a ride the morning i reached home. helped with jetlag i think.
I’d take the easy ride. It’s just nice to get out in the fresh air before or after a long period of being sedentary (on a plane / travelling).
