Searching for help with a niggling inner thigh injury

Hi all,
I’ve decided to turn to the TR forum in search of help. I’ve been riding with a chronic inner thigh/glute injury for the past 4 months and would like to know if anyone on here has experienced and remedied a similar problem.

I have the onset of discomfort that feels like a muscle strain right under my right glute to inner thigh at anywhere above 85% FTP after riding for over 1hr on reduced training weeks (4-6hrs) and after only a brief period on normal training weeks (10+hrs).
When I’m spinning at low watts the issue isn’t there but as soon as I start to increase the intensity the issue presents. I can ride with it but it doesn’t feel great and inhibits my power output ultimately.
I’ve been to three different Physio’s and tried different saddles, cleat positions and innersoles.
The physio’s have given me mixed diagnoses, but nothing that’s yielded much relief.

I’m hoping some of you have experienced and solved a similar issue.

It feels like an adductor or some is straining but I can’t seem to stretch or roll anything out to reduce its onset.

Any assistance or advice from personal experience would be great.

TIA

I think I used to get a pain like you were describing, it’d get worse when my bb bearings were collapsing. Then I found out why I had a leg length disrcepancy which meant things were always tight in that area and the few extra mm of travel due to a collapsing BB made it agony. IIRC I had 2 fits and saw a physio that all missed it and only a retul fitter picked it up. Touchwood since the shoes for the shorter leg have been shimmed (15 or so years ago). Ive had no problem on the bike. The Retul and subsequent fits have also dropped my saddle which seems to have helped too.
