Regarding quantity, I eat about 1 cup and a banana for breakfast. It keeps me full for about 2 to 3 hours, but I generally bike about 2 hours or 30 miles in the morning before breakfast where I just have water, that’s it.
In the same vein, what kind of mileage do you guys do daily / weekly and what does your caloric intake look like?
When I do taper my mileage as it cools off, my appetite does go down, but I still go through a lot daily.
I agree with the other comments, for me, this is dessert in the morning, it is my favorite meal.
