Saturday: Pro Fuel and Hydration app: User inquiries

Did the amount per bottle size function get added to the app?

Thanks for your immense patience. It’s in internal beta testing right now. We’ll circulate a beta testing sign-up for that feature in the next month or so, ironing out the known issues first.

If anyone wants to list their top 3 combinations of bottle or container sizes used, I’d love to read them. Mine are like this:

Zwift:
22oz front
32-34oz rear

Outdoor MTB
2 x 22oz bottle
3L bladder in pack

Outdoor road:
2 x 950 mL bottle, sometimes a 3rd/4th/5th in the 22-28oz range. (pockets and an extra cage)

Whether road or gravel, generally two 24oz bottles for drink mix, and if I need extra water between stops, a 3l bladder.

Two 21 oz. bottles.

Short rides: 1x750ml or 2x750ml

Long rides: 3.5L bladder and 2x950ml

Got a link to this? I’m a little jealous about the extra half-liter you have on me.

Long rides: 2 * 950 ml
Short ride: 2 * 950 ml
Zwift: 2 * 950 ml

CrankTank4 from Adventure Hydration Australia

They claim it’s a 4L bladder. I can’t get more than 3.5L into it without spilling, but maybe it’s just me or the tube angles on my Diverge. I’m happy with it.

Holy Moly, that’s HUGE! Not really for weight weenies though.

True. OTOH, I’m guessing not many weight weenies carry 3+ liters of water on the bike.

Hey all, we’re experiencing a bug related to subscriptions, but I have a workaround for any subscribers affected.

The Issue:
Some users with active subs don’t see them as active and can’t change nutrition, products used, or activity details.

We need the email address you made the Saturday account with, and we can get you up and live again immediately.

Shoot us an email at support@saturdaymorning.fit, DM me, or reach out in this thread and tag me, and I can start a conversation in DMs with you to get your email.

We’re continuing to work behind the scenes to fix the root issue. Thank you for your patience!

Just a quick update after ~9 months of dedicated software learning, here’s what I’ve built in the last 8 weeks:

  • Race/Event mode exists

  • Lifting activity type is now supported

  • Combined sessions with lifting + riding supported/optimized

  • Web purchasing, including a lifetime option, is available (at a discount compared to in-app)

  • Barcode scanning + AI fuel/hydration product import with your camera (just take a picture)

  • Intervals.icu syncs now + TrainingPeaks, our two external integrations. TrainerRoad would be a neat one…

  • Several dozen serious UX improvements (swipe to nav, universal undo/revert changes, finer grained user settings, etc)

  • (and major backend overhaul, for a more secure, useful, intuitive, & just better future feature set.)

Until next time.
