RPE discrepancies in Outdoor Workouts

I am looking ahead at my recovery for a week and setting all my workouts to outside, RPE based. One funny thing I noticed: Petit is 1 hour at 60-70% and labeled RPE 6. Brasstown is 90 minutes at 65-75% and labeled RPE 5.

What’s going on here? Seems backwards to me. But maybe I’m missing something…?
