What’s your max number of consecutive yellow days without triggering red or going back down to normal?

I’m currently on my 5th yellow day. Ramping things back up a little too quickly against TR’s suggestions for the new plan builder plus I started lifting twice a week a few weeks ago plus a hard Zwift ladder race once a week which has me moving all of my workout days around as it’s not a set day/time. :sweat_smile:
