RIP Bike. You'll be missed

So I did SBT Gravel a few weeks back, and at aid station #1 someone ran over my bike with their truck. I spot checked the bike, fixed up the wheel a bit and decided since I’d flown all this way I’d go on. I rode on and finished the 141 miles (in agony), and after about 30 miles or so from Aid Station 1 I started to “trust” my bike again and figured it was fine.

Alas, today I decided to clean her off and get her back in shape since I hadn’t done so yet… and she’s made her last journey. RIP Checkpoint. At least she went out in style in Colorado.

Contact the guys at Ruckus Comp. They may be able to give her new life.

Cyclocarbon can likely repair

I think Trek has a pretty good "crash replacement program as well.

I hope you got the drivers insurance info. This is a traffic accident and insurance should cover it.
