Reverse weight doping on Zwift

I am currently doing SSB HV1 and would prefer to ride on Zwift for my Saturday and Sunday longer sessions to get a break the “blue line” blues. Sometimes it is hard to find a longer Zwift ride that meets your needs for time of day and W/kg ratio. This morning I found a good ride but the w/kg range was a bit low. I increased my weight by 5 kgs and it put me into the range of effort I hoped to maintain while riding in a group.

This might be a good “hack / bodge” for Zwifting to give you more flexibility to find your ideal group ride when you want it.
