Thank you for sharing. Can you explain the clean diet you went to in some detail?
Not scientific. its from someone who claims to be a “medium”. if you want to help improve your health with diet: hit your protein goals without too much red meat. hit your fiber goals. consume carbs to fuel your work. eat a variety of fruits and vegetables while limiting the highly manufactured meals. KISS method.
There is a product called Lauricidin (don’t quote me on spelling); it’s a derivative of coconut oil. You can find it on Amazon. It’s been clinically shown to resolve EBV. It’s worked great for me when I’ve had “relapses”. The last time, it went from a value of ~400 to 0/untraceable after 3 mos.
id like to see this clinical evidence please.
All antiviral data on lauric acid and caprylic acid against herpesviruses (including EBV) are from in vitro or animal studies. There are no human clinical trials demonstrating that oral consumption reduces EBV viral load, prevents reactivation, or treats EBV-associated disease.
You do you, but that isn’t how research works. Also, don’t spread misinformation by claiming clinical results that simply don’t exist.
sorry, sport, but I don’t take orders from randos on the internet. I offered a viable solution to the OP. Where is yours?
