Reasons for failing a workout

In the past I’ve had

Child knocked over Lego at-at Walker

Today it was infestation of bees came down the chimney


the only workout I failed was the one I could have done but never got on the bike.


The rim of my wheel exploded. Roommate came downstairs to ask if I was ok; I was fine (and very glad that happened on rollers).

Much more commonly and less interestingly just a sudden onset lack of motivation.

Normally its because it’s too hot inside. I just need a low intensity maintenance program between mid May until end of September to compliment outside rides.
