Could I use TR now solely to build plans and suggest workouts if all my work was outside (or most of it), or is TR just not quite there yet?
I solely use it indoors myself so have never tried. As far as I’m aware you can send your TR workout to your Garmin/Wahoo computer and do the workout outside no problem.
I do most of my sessions indoors, but sent Kabati (8x7min at sweetspot) to my head unit and headed out to a local climb to do it this weekend.
I don’t think it’s as efficient as doing it indoors, but does add some real world experience to the process and TR definitely can support outside work, if this is what you want to use it for.
