I am in the last week of a Masters Sustained Power Build with a recovery week next week and starting Specialty phase the following week. TR has my workout for this Saturday as Cajon and I can’t figure out why openers would be the suggested workout. Either way I’ll be doing something else but curious if anyone else has seen this or knows any reason this workout would be suggested? Thanks

I believe I did for Saturday initially. I think I’ve changed some events around and it has updated the plan accordingly. Maybe I had that race on Sunday on accident? Anyway, thanks for the reply and appreciative of everything you guys do.
