Quick question about sweet spot base

I am in week one, have the weekend approaching and am conscious I need to be fairly fresh to stick with the group on the 50 miler. It can be pretty pacey.

I know I can drag and drop outdoor rides into trainer road workouts, but can I swap the running order of the TR workouts, I mean not do them in the order they are presented ?

So, say your club ride is on Sunday you could move Sunday’s ride to Saturday, then delete the original Saturday ride and insert a planned outdoor ride in Sunday.
