My partner has a kickr core and uses a QR road bike (no disc; 130mm). I brought my bike 142mm thru axle and a bag of the new thru axle adapters. My question is what the spin caps are for? In the inventory on the instructions page (https://support.wahoofitness.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018850859-Installing-the-updated-KICKR-CORE-142-Thru-Axle-Adapters) wahoo mentions that there are updated spin caps, but there is no mention of a spin cap in the actual assembly instructions. I assume that the new freehub locknut will also fit her QR? Or do I have to swap that every time too?
EDIT: I’m silly, it seems to just be what they call “adapter c” in the user manual. Leaving this here for others but won’t object to it getting deleted either.
