Quarq Users - Would you recommend?

Does anyone maybe has any tips or tricks to help me out with customers support with Quarq? Or am I very unreasonable suggesting that although the powermeter is out of warranty, I’d like a bit more support of them since it is a known (and solved on 2018 models) weakness on DFours from 2017.

I just sent them an email
There service was great and all my issues were resolved in under 2 weeks that’s with me mailing it in.
To compare I had an issue the same time as my buddy had an issue with rotor, I had a new powermeter and rotor hadn’t made a decision on what was wrong with the rotor.

I would definitely recommend them. I have an Elsa and DZero with zero issues. The Elsa is 5-6 yrs old and I’ve only changed the battery on it, aside from the updates. The DZero a little over a year, no issues whatsoever.

In my experience, quarq has amazing customer service.

I’ve had my DZero on my road bike for nearly two years now. It works flawlessly. Easily one of my best gear purchases.
