Protein supplement that’s easy on the gut

Naked has some decent ones, but some of them taste like :poop:

Agree on the taste, and I only realized after purchasing that the Pea Protein has a coconut ingredient in it, which is one of the few things I’m allergic to.

PVL’s isogold protein powder doesn’t give me any noticeable GI issues. Your results may be different.

Which Naked pea protein has coconut? The Naked Pea lists only pea protein isolate as an ingredient.

Oh, the flavored ones. I had gotten the unflavored, which is literally just pea protein isolate.

Raw eggs ala Rocky Balboa. 7 grams per egg white. +1 Warrior status for every egg white.

I found this one to be really easy on the gut - Prime Protein Grass-Fed Beef Isolate Protein Powder - Chocolate & Vanilla – Equip

I’ll throw a +1 for egg whites but I cook mine. Then when cool, you can add some protein powder, almond milk, and stevia to make pudding. For this though, I use the Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen powder (Chocolate Collagen Peptides - Chocolate Collagen Powder | Vital Proteins). It blends better.

This looks good. May try this next after I go through the ON one which has some artificial sweeteners in it, unfortunately. I can always add MCT oil to it.

If anyone has a fodmaps issue with their gut, my wife found Stellar Labs.

The vanilla whey shake is absolutely delicious.

To save money, I started buying Nutricost vanilla flavored protein powder since it seems almost identical ingredient wise. They don’t advertise their product as low fodmaps so your mileage may vary. Personally, I don’t have gut issues with most things.
