Does Plan Builder drop in workouts that are Stretch as part of a plan?

Got it. So if I see one on the calendar, it’s not that TR hasn’t adapted properly, it’s that the system thinks I should give that a shot?

Seeing a stretch workout on your calendar isn’t any cause for concern. Maybe you’re progressing quickly in one particular power zone which is normal between levels 1-5ish. I’d give it a go! :grin:
