Pre workout fuels

I am as wondering has anyone tried something like this as a pre event supplement (or even trainer ride)? I’m wondering if the various things line beatroot extracts on top of the caffeine are worth a try it is it just a helping of placebo and coffee? I guess for an all day event it might just be a bit too much meaning you go out too hard but considering for crits and particularly TTs

A TR podcast a few weeks ago mentioned that taking beet root with caffeine is not a preferred combo. Something about the beet root negates the effects of caffeine.
