Eggs for breakfast.

Fastest easiest eggs recipe/method while Iā€™m making the coffeeā€¦?

Maybe the problem with this from 2 years ago is the chicken was on the air fryer and not in the air fryer

Cant believe noone uses an air fryer for eggs in the morning :sob:

surly a microwaves will always be faster than air fryer for eggs

I think the best thing with the air fryer is the lack of dishes from doing things in the oven.

And the easiness of throwing the whole airfryer ā€œcageā€ into the dishwasher is great.

Chicken becomes insanely crispy without the fat.

French fries, same thing, no fat, super crispy.

That chicken looks fantastic. Can you tell me more about it?

Of course, here we go!

So its a Vietnamese recipe, chicken thighs that has marinated in the following:

  • Ā½ cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • Ā½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
  • Ā½ cup minced lemongrass

Just mix it all together, super easy! The lemongrass is 90% of this recipe, so donā€™t skip it

I usually marinate over night, but it works for a few hours as well  Then just toss it into the air fryer (some sauce will follow), 180c for 16min, flip after 10min.

More importantly, how did you do the eggs!

Which eggs hehe, or did you mean burgers? :stuck_out_tongue:

Arenā€™t those eggs drizzled in sweet chilli sauce in the last picture?

Whatā€™s the best way to do microwaved eggs?

Hehe no, itā€™s Greek yoghurt!

Depends on your preference. Can do scrambled or poached very quickly and easily.

Whatā€™s your recipe/method?
