Is it just me, or does anyone else climb their stairs at home on all fours post workout? It’s usually a threshold or Vo2 max workout that has me impersonating a gibbon climbing the stairs to take a shower.

IMHO, it is better in long term to progress from productive workout to productive workout, not from stretch to stretch, even with polarized plans ![]()
Might be ok in short term though (block periodization, training camp or before recovery week)
