Is it just me, or does anyone else climb their stairs at home on all fours post workout? It’s usually a threshold or Vo2 max workout that has me impersonating a gibbon climbing the stairs to take a shower.

IMHO, it is better in long term to progress from productive workout to productive workout, not from stretch to stretch, even with polarized plans
Might be ok in short term though (block periodization, training camp or before recovery week)
