Can someone explain how exactly I do this workout. Confused by the wording and the rest, ect. Thanks!
Main Set:
3 sets of the following, with 6 minutes rest between reps:
It looks like an over/under workout with an FTP of ~170ish?
Maybe…
-Unknown warmup
3x
-3 minutes @ 166W
-2 minutes at 184W
-3 minutes @ 166W
-2 minutes at 184W
-reps 1,2 - 6 minutes rest
-reps 1,2 - restart at top of indent
-rep 3, goto cooldown
If you follow the above, I guess you’d get a 6 minutes rest as your cooldown since the workout technically says to skip straight to cooldown after the set?
Maybe the description is missing parenthesis after the “2x” where I read it as:
2x (3 minutes at 166, followed by 2 minutes at 184)
