So I have recently started a training plan and I already know when I will be required to travel how can I update the calendar to reflect those days?
Add an annotation that specifies time off.
If I remember correctly, TrainerRoad will just skip the workout if you add a day off. Adaptive training will then move the progression to the next week instead.
But say you are not able to train on Tuesday or Thursday (hard days), you most likely want to move these sessions manually to the days after to ensure you keep the key sessions in the week.
