you could do that, and just start eating more carbs 24h before your intense sessions. Your glycogen stores wont fully recover but it should be enough for a turbo session.

If you only ever want to ride at z2 then keto is fine. I did keto for around 4 months and really enjoyed it and the benefits that it gave me.
But I was useless near or above threshold. Sprints were out of the question. Luckily i tried it before starting Trainer Road.
Does it happen to work in conjunction with MyFitnessPal? Or would you recommend it over it? I was looking it over and it sounds pretty neat, but the amount of health tracking apps I’m currently using is getting a little silly.
