Yeah that’s the problem right here. TR creating a click bait video, then produce a nothing burger meanwhile seeding the idea in the zeitgeist.

Yes, I’ve seen it brought up in numerous cycling and other fitness related vlogs in the last few months, and it was recommended for some people in some circumstances in most of them.

I must inhabit an alternate universe free from junk bro performance science :rofl:

I wouldn’t be surprised if Tobacco companies are behind some of the studies out there.

I used to have a moderate chewing tobacco habit (extremely common in my line of work), which I fortunately have kicked. So I have a pretty good nicotine tolerance. I tried one of those 6mg nicotine pouches once and it was super intense, made me a little sick. I cant imagine having 8mg like in the study! If you don’t have a tolerance for nicotine you will vomit.

The company that owns ON nicotine pouches is Altria, and they also own Philip Morris

Yep, same boat here, and I’d expect to feel horrible on 8mg, and probably have the hiccups too. :joy:
