New Shimano Di2 Dura-Ace R9200 & Ultegra R8100

What bb are you using and in which bike?

It’s a SRAM DUB for BSA by Ceramic Speed.
Bike is an Aethos.

Nice.

I think another light combo would be Rotor ALDHU Carbon with Sigeyi PM - Should be 464g + rings/bolts. Are the new 12sp rings heavier than previous 11speed of comparable level?

It’s a shame that the dfour seems to be made a bit heavier on purpose by Quarq/SRAM

The PM? Or the arms?

No idea on weight of the rings.

Are those 9200 chainrings?

yes, they say 12S

The PM

Lol. Thanks, my old eyes missed that.

Sorry, if it was discussed already: Is it possible to use the new 12s Di2 ultegra on an 11s ultegra cassette on the kickr in erg mode without damaging the chain?

yes

Any word on accuracy (or any other issues) with the Quarq on the 9200 rings? Thinking of going with this exact setup on a new bike, but I’m not sure if there are any compatibility issues or not.

It’s perfect, as always with Quarq.

Edit: also dirt cheap :eyes:

You’re making my day! Thanks so much.

Parts availability seems good in the US now for 12 speed ultegra.

Just picked up an R8170 groupset piecemeal sans cranks and rotors.

My brief foray into SRAM 12 speed axs road was fine but shimano quality and shifting remains a cut above.

Hi all!
My DA9200 is coming soon and I’m ready to prep and wax a couple of chains.
I’d like to use a YBN gold or rainbow chains, but I haven’t found any reviews or experiences with their latest gen of 12s chain and the new 12s Shimano group sets.
Has anyone tried such setup?
Thanks

just wondering, the new shifters are not servicable anymore? I would need to replace a broken front plate on a new Ultegra shifter but this does not seem possible anymore.

Thanks for posting this! Since I am running same PM and also upgrading to 12sp now.

Question is then, from a cost perspective… since 105 Di2 12sp chainrings are black as well, would be interesting to see how they look on the Quarq…

Can’t see if anyone has answered this already, but it’s a TIME frame that is custom painted.

Oh, the see-through carbon weave is super sexy. The paint job is nice, too, but I would have totally gone for either the blue or green bike.

DA cranks on the Quarq DFour91, just like @Aeroiseverything

Looking good, and nice fit!
