New plan builder questions

So I forgot to add my future event (Amstel Gold Race 2025 150km tour) to my plan, so I deleted my plan to create a new one, but I was surprised by the recommendation.

It recommended 4 days, up from 3 and it moved me from masters to normal plan (which is fair).

What I don’t like is that I prefer slightly a single slightly longer workout on the weekend, instead of a 45min and a 60min.
Or just keep my 1:30min interval (threshold) session.

The problem is that if I try to make this adjustments to reflect the plan I already had it warns me that it’s to much stress.

  • The suggested plan (higher TSS) - no warning
  • What I’m thinking of doing

EDIT 2: Also on the last image, if I order it Hard Intervals then Endurance it gives me a warning, but If I do Endurance first and Hard Intervals after it doesn’t. I guess it makes some sense?
