Need help for planning next peak

Hi boys and girls This winter i’ve did sweetspot II, suistained power and 40k TT and after freestyling the next 4 weeks ( commuting, very hard suistained for 2H and recovery ride) i’ve Just did my First of 2 ITT event and the second is in 15 weeks. Which training or program should I do to arrive in the best shape possible?
