MTBers - Group Workouts?

Hey anyone, looking for any mountain bikers who would like to do group workouts together.

Why mountain time? It’s just way easier to coordinate, most of my workouts are early am, starting between 5:30 and 6:30 am.

Why Mountain Bikers? Because I’m one, and you know might be more fun / relevant…


I like the idea of a MTB group. I don’t think the time zone is as relevant as you move East. I generally do afternoon workouts, but if you did a 6:30 MT that would be 8:30am for me and I could probably make that work.

I’m in a recovery week (Pettit tomorrow) though and start Short Power Build MV next week.

I agree, being on the west half of the country makes more times with east coast easier for sure. I’m wondering what the best way to coordinate might be, I think there’s some sort of easy open google calendar open appointment one could share, I’ll DM you a number you can text to coordinate
