I like the idea of a MTB group. I don’t think the time zone is as relevant as you move East. I generally do afternoon workouts, but if you did a 6:30 MT that would be 8:30am for me and I could probably make that work.
I’m in a recovery week (Pettit tomorrow) though and start Short Power Build MV next week.
I agree, being on the west half of the country makes more times with east coast easier for sure. I’m wondering what the best way to coordinate might be, I think there’s some sort of easy open google calendar open appointment one could share, I’ll DM you a number you can text to coordinate
