for the purposes of how the AT calculates, is there any difference between moving a workout by dragging it on the calendar to a free day, or adding the workout to the free day and leaving the plan as was (maybe add an annotation). does AT care either way?
I think it only cares if you’re taking them away (skipping them) but I don’t think it cares when you move them or add them.
TR support reckoned I be better to do a LV plan and add workouts at the weekend if I don’t do a group ride outside, rather than what I had been doing, a MV plan and substituting weekend workouts for group rides.
I had the same question. The response, at least at that time, was if you kept the workouts within the same week, it didn’t matter. Hope that helps!
