Is TR giving you enough zone 2 base as it’s seems so much intervals and not enough zone 2 base. How to over this. And I am an ultra insurance and marathon rider.
I have been racing marathon distances pretty much exclusively since starting TR. I use the low volume plans for intervals and then supplement with both commutes (4 days a week, 20ish miles round trip) and longer weekend rides for the Z2 work. I think there are a good # of folks on the forum that follow a similar approach. Good luck!
