Lost Whoop HR connectivity…

For the last 6 months I’ve been using my Whoop for HR data in in the TrainerRoad app. This has been flawless. Every time I open the app, it’s connected by the t8me before I get to the devices tab.

However, in the last few days it’s no longer appearing in the TR app. It is still connecting to my phone successfully and still works with the Whoop app itself, and also Strava so the device itself and my phone are still pairing.

Any ideas? I’ve already reset the apps, switched off and on etc :joy:

I think theres an option in the Whoop app to broadcast HR. Perhaps this has been turned off in error.

Yeah that’s still on. I’ve also switched that off and back on again. Still no luck :pensive_face:

Have you connected your Whoop to any other devices recently?

Maybe something else in your area is picking up the signal.. :satellite:

Hi, appreciate the time taken to respond. But no, Whoop not been synced with anything else recently. It’s just dropped off of TR for some reason.

TR still finding other devices such as Wahoo Kickr and Favero pedals.

Somewhat confused!

Maybe try disconnecting your Whoop from all devices and start by connecting it to the TR app first :slight_smile:
Are you connecting via BLE or ANT+?

If you can post an image of your Devices tab in the TR app we may be able to see what’s going on.

We’ve had a few athletes reach out about issues with the iOS app in this thread.

We’re working on a fix now!
