I note in my fondo training plan there are no rides greater than 1 hour. Is this correct? Will this prepare me for a 5-6 hour event?

The length of the workouts we prescribe to you is determined by the max duration caps that you select when designing your training schedule in Plan Builder.
If you set your weekend endurance ride to 3 hours, for example, we’ll push to get you three-hour-long workouts as long as your Progression Levels allow it. If your PLs only allow, say, 90-minute workouts at first, we’ll work you up to three hours over the span of a few workouts.
