I have the exact same workbench, but I skipped the stainless because I intend to paint them grey to match the cabinets I have in the Studio.
I like the industrial-sized box of Aleve you’ve got sitting on it.

Don’t worry about it.
So my pain cave is in my lounge/living room tucked away I a corner. As it is in there I have tried to integrate it as much as possible. I have got a cleva fan tucked away. The bench/table thing allows different combinations of iPad, phone or laptop.
New screen set-up…smaller monitor used to be over my treadmill, but since I am not running much now, I ordered a TV stand and put it behind / above my 32” screen.
Mirroring Zwift from a PC, AppleTV on big screen and Trainer Road on my iPad. On higher intensity days, I’ll may mirror TR to the small monitor and Zwift to the big screen.
The tower of power!
Great integration. Show us a more general view of the living room so we can see better how well it is integrated in that area. It looks clean this way.
Look really good, and a good use of space! I just hope that radiator is off when you’re training .
Yes the radiator is of when training. I normally train at 5am weekdays so well before it comes on. Weekends have been a challenge when I have forgotten and the wife is cold and turns the heating up whilst I am sweating! I’ll do a wider shot when I get home later.
Be happy that you were given a corner of your living room
Looks like a new laptop waiting to happen.
I was lucky enough to get dibs in a corner of our two car garage. Mounted TV for entertainment, old laptop for TR stays on my homemade version of the wahoo desk (working on a DIY tutorial and will post that later). Ikea shelf next to my bike for nutrition. About to get another small fan for warmer weather.
Not really a pain cave since it’s in my living room. Only have space for one trainer so we constantly have to switch bikes.
As I understand it is a FastCat?
She’s got some decent w/kg
With that ginormous Wiseco banner, I’d half-expect a nice forged piston rather than a brick for the door stop.
